When you sign up for our Concierge Search Service, your credit card will be charged immediately. You should receive an email with any follow-up questions or additional information needed the same or next day of your purchase. We will get to work on your options immediately.
Our Guarantee: We guarantee that the airfare option(s) we send to you will save at least the cost of the Concierge Search Service fee ($329) over commonly-available airfare in the same cabin class for the same travel dates if: (1) We are given at least 21 days of notice before your travel and (2) You book your ticket within 24 hours of the Concierge Booking Service search results returned to you. We can still honor requests of less than 21 days, but we cannot guarantee the savings. Should your dates or cities change after your request, additional fees may apply.
You should book your ticket as soon as possible once you get results back from us. Because ticket prices can change at any time and we do not control any airlines nor pricing policies, we cannot guarantee that any deal we find will be available at any given time. In the event that we cannot honor your request, your money will be refunded. If you attempt to book the ticket we provide within 24 hours of the timestamp on our results email to you, and the fare has increased by more than US$40 or is no longer available, we will perform the exact same search (same departure to the same destination on the same dates) again, at no charge. This courtesy is limited to one additional try per request. No refunds, adjustments, or credits for any reason after any travel or concierge/personalized assistance has been provided. Abuse of concierge requests or offerings will result in immediate account termination and service blocking without notification. Service is non-transferable.
